Either way, they are delicious, relatively easy to make, and a great Easter tradition for the not-so-Eastery folk out there. See below for my feelings on Easter baskets.

Here’s what you need:

-bok choy (or cabbage, or anything)

-any of these things you think are yummy: mushrooms, ginger, lemongrass, onion, carrots….

-egg roll wrappers (you could make these, but it’s really not worth it.)

Sautee the veggies, throw in some soy sauce and peanut butter, and wrap it up burrito-style. Toss in a vat of hot oil. Well, don’t toss it exactly. That’s where things can get messy.
